Is this general anger and stress that you passively feel regardless of your surroundings? Or does it tend to be triggered by something? If the former, I'd suggest consulting in some kind of expert. Stuff like this is normally what leads people to self-diagnose/google diagnose themselves with something like depression. And that is something serious enough you do not want to ignore it if that is the case, or leave it up to google to decide. If the latter, my advice would vary by some extent depending on the trigger. But generally you should try work to either remove yourself from the trigger or learn coping techniques to better handle yourself when around said trigger.
