Yes, I've been completely apathetic in some instances. It happens. Sometimes I just can't connect to the characters around me. Sometimes I don't even care that much for my characters, which makes me disengage from the roleplay even more.

Thankfully, I'm not in that phase and I'm currently participating with a great group that has characters that interest me. I rarely get super excited about roleplaying anymore, but I am right now. ^.^ I hope you can find a thread that provides you with that kind of feeling as well.
