the ability to play as terratroniums can even happen before the other 2 but only venoloids and in limited numbers
plus we first need to become able to play as decepticons

once we are ready to start the ic
meaning all remaining cs that are wip are done and accepted
such as navy_vet (currently the biggest concern as he only has reserved optimus and has yet to finish the cs)
rocketrobie (who is nearly done)
I forgot one person name but he will be the obly one playing as humans due to his personal live not allowing him to play an active role (you still need to post them here you know..)
And revant who is waiting to see how navy_vet is going to work (one of the concern reasons)

This is all. There might have been a few how had shown interest but havw yet to even report working on a cs so I am not counting them
once he wave done that and I finished the roster we can actually start the ic
then we can also see how we stand with the numbers for decepticons
