So I threw up my tentative CS in my first post a page back because I got bored and this needed a bump up to first page. Mostly done, 'cept for Relationships, Quirks, and History. Though I'll refrain from doing History until Jel finishes world building so I don't contradict anything. As for Quirks/Relationships, I have no idea what to put for it and nobody else has released CSs, respectively.

But yeah, the concept I used was somewhat based around a fragile speedster-type 'build' synergy between his skills and powers, with justifications made via decent use of backstory elements and profession, that you'll all see eventually/can piece a bit together between my posts.
