Whee~ [*]Name: HAMU (Humanoid Automated Medical Unit)[/*] [*]Age: 5. She's already an outdated model, though.[/*] [*]Gender: Designed to appear female, at least.[/*] [*]Appearance: In case the joints hadn't tipped you off, she is a robot.[/*] [*]Personality: Cheerful and pleasant, having been programmed to have a pleasant bedside manner. Really, that would be about it were it not for the fact that Captain Iwakawa got her for so cheap because not only was she an outdated model, but she's kind of buggy. She's a bit more free-willed and curious than she's really supposed to be, for one thing, and has been known to wander off in the middle of doing something for no real reason. She also seems to take the three laws as more of a suggestion than ironclad rules, and whilst she won't actually kill anyone, she's not exactly adverse to slapstick violence if the situation calls for it.[/*] [*]Skills: HAMU is programmed with a vast archive of medical knowledge and procedures; whilst this information is mostly centered around humans she is still knowledgable enough to treat several non-human lifeforms too. As a machine, she is possessed of physical strength above that of mere humans, and she does not tire or get exhausted. She still needs to charge every so often, but her battery life is rather decent.[/*] [*]Equipment: Stored in HAMU's chest are a variety of built-in tools for examination and diagnosis, and the medical section of the ship is stocked with various basic medical supplies for treating common ailments. If something more exotic comes up, however, the crew will need to pick up more specific supplies in order to treat it.[/*] [*]Brief Backstory: Merely one of a series of medical robots designed to look humanoid so as to make their patients feel more at ease, this particular model was picked up by Captain Iwakawa not that long ago. Due to being an outdated model, she even got her for rather cheap. Much to the captain's dismay, however, not only is HAMU not anatomically correct but her chest is hard plastic.[/*] [*]Position in Crew: Medical Officer[/*]
