Great to see some interest with this :)

As promised, I've begun work on the RP. So far, this is the map we're looking to work with. I apologise for the habberdashery of it all, my Paint skills are limited. However, I hope it's obvious enough as to what occupies a region, and what radiation levels are. (Green symbol = relatively safe, Orange symbol = expect radiation black spots).

EDIT: The national borders wont be passing through the characters in the final version.

SECOND EDIT: I've decided to keep the regional resources limited to missions. For example, someone may be issued a mission to invade a county with the aim of securing its stocks of largely untouched medical supplies. Another might be sent in to steal some Enclave vertibirds in a raid mission. This way, we keep flexibility, and the map doesn't completely turn into soup.
