Name: Ken DeSala (Reaper)

He carries an energy pulse rifle based on hydra designs which can burn hole in the enemy, but the ammo cartridges can only be recharged from and arc reactor, and only carry five rounds each, making it work better as a sniper rifle.

Skills: As a technology specialist, he was working on the tesseract project designing new versions of hydra weapons. When the project was canceled due to the loss of the tesseract, he was ordered to create a replacement power source. When he was unable to create a suitable one with known energy sources he cheated a bit, copying the arc reactor design from War Machine. When Stark complained, however, they were forced to cease production of the weapons. When he joined Deadpool's team, he brought it and the reactor/charger with him.

Powers/Abilities: Death manipulation: A power he rarely uses because it is difficult to control and erratic. It sends a shadow out from him which pushes the life energy out of anyone that it touches, killing them when enough is in them. He has the ability to turn it off and on at will, and usually keeps it off for safety reasons. His eyes turn black while he's using it, but it doesn't impede his vision.

Personality: A curious man, he loves to learn about advanced technology. His goal is to one day surpass Tony Stark with his inventions.

Biography: His father was a mutant named Switch who teamed up with Magneto in the 80s. Because he had the ability to activate and deactivate other mutant's powers, and shared Magneto's belief that Mutants must fight back against the humans that hated them or risk extermination, Magneto sent him dangerous mutants who couldn't control their powers. He was supposed to let them try to control their powers and, if it got out of control, deactivate their powers until they were ready to try again.
A year later, after his power had expanded to weakening and strengthening powers, Switch fell in love with one of his subjects, a woman named Push. She got pregnant and, after the child was born he learned he could sense the child's power, including that he could activate and deactivate his power. After Push learned to use her Telekinetic shockwave power, she left, but Switch kept their child to raise himself. After that he started trying to seduce or blackmail every woman that came to him for help into having his child.
One of those children was Reaper. He doesn't know who his mom was, and was raised along with his brothers and sisters to hate humans and use their powers whenever they wanted. Though the limited homeschooling he received made it difficult, he managed to go to college and major in physics, with a minor in electrical engineering. After graduating, he was approached by S.H.I.E.L.D. who knew about his father's ties to Magneto, and wanted him on the payroll in case his father launched an attack. They gave him a job in the research division. He worked his way up the ranks, eventually being assigned to the Tesseract project.
