As the goo splattered onto the ground, the body remained, seeming dead in a sense.....

But that would be quite the foolish expectation of the daughter of darkside.

As he began to break apart, Minx leaps onto his bare bones, her body spreading over his like flesh. He then begins to feel control of himself slip. 

"RELINQUISH YOURSELF TO ME!" A female voice screams in his mind, as minx uses her full power to tear at his mind, aiming to posses the rock man thing. Her body tries its damnest to absorb his power...and something is making her power to do this, far, far more potent. This is of course, as Toguro hears another voice echo with in his mind.
"My daughter is far out of your league...." Darkside says. He had hidden himself inside of minx's body, melding his power with hers. Then, with her using her powers to conceal him, had waited for a moment like this to strike. Now, with an extreme power feeding into the dual front attack, both draining his power, and assaulting his mind, Toguro might be hard pressed to fight on one or the other front.
