You're making the grossly false assumption that activity would be much higher in Spam if the Skype group wasn't a thing. You know how before the guild crashed Spam was still rather highly active? Yeah, Skype group was [i]also[/i] highly active. It a completely different venue that truly has little bearing on the Spam section of RPG, aside from the fact that the people are mostly brought in from here.
