The CS is fine. All is pretty simple and goo. 
There is no such thing as Soul Link to my knowledge... 
BUT!
You can use [url=http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Style_Change]Style Change[/url], [url=http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Double_Soul]Double Soul[/url] or the [url=http://megaman.wikia.com/wiki/Cross_System]Cross System[/url].
But you need to come up with a good reason to have one of the three. 

@FVGT - Overall you're CS is fine too. Just reformat it with the edits I made to the CS and I should have no problem accepting it :3
