9:12 PM (21:12 to use the military time, or whatever the proper term is) for me right now.

And for the record I do sleep, just only about 4-5 hours and when I don't have anywhere to be it's generally from 4-5 AM to about 10 (otherwise it's usually 2-3 AM to 7-8 AM). I'm on Eastern Standard Time or GMT -5:00.
