There are various disorganized pockets of resistance here and there. Our job will mostly be to find organizations that aren't in league with the Anti-Christ's regime and get them to provide services for the resistance.

For example, their might be a group of defectors from Delmore's police forces, who we might want to track down and recruit. Another thing I have planned is an organization called Galt Corporation, which fears some aspects of Delmore's influence and is willing to give us assets under the table.
