Skills: Once went to a karate lesson but dropped out after one day when the teacher got sick of him biting people (this was also before his transformation into his new body). Reginald also has extensive knowledge about genetics and radiation but come on, that's nothing compared to karate.

Powers/Abilities: For one Karuba has a ton of strength coming from his mixed anatomy and gamma radiation. A downside to the gamma radiation strength is that he requires regular doses of gamma radiation to keep him from dying from complete genetic revolt. He also has a whole other slew of powers from his anatomy such as being able to spray irradiated ink out of his octo-armpit although it only has long term possible side effect such as cancer but by golly does it hurt in the eyes. He has gills and an electric eel tail couple that with his octo-arm makes for quite a swimmer. He is also able to conduct electricity into anything that touches his kin including machinery. A small and obvious trait he also has is his sharp claws and teeth. Karuba, to top it off, also has parrot vocal cords so that he can form coherent words and talk to people. 

Personality: Karuba has a very stupid personality to put it simply. He may be a genius when it comes to genetics and gamma radiation but he has a more animalistic/idiot vibe to him. If you were to ask him when he's assaulting a tree he'll likely retort with "YOU HAS A LOT OF NERVE COMING IN MY TERRITORY" and then would likely start chasing you as your in his territory and you would likely die if you don't have any powers or gadgets. He is very idiotic in most scenarios but in reality he's just lost it and doesn't remember any better.

Biography: Karuba was once known as the famous Dr.Gregory Valendite whom made many breakthroughs in the ways of genetics research in the 1970's and also dabbled in the art of gamma radiation but as he got older he began to loose his mind. Now your probably thinking its because he was getting old but you sir would be wrong! It was in fact because he lived in almost complete isolation in a bunker that evidently was under a bridge located in Germany. Naturally he was going to go a little crazy but he really went off the deep end when he lost it. Dr.Gregory decided that his body was beginning to fail him after one of his kidneys failed and he had to get a medical evacuation to the nearest hospital or in his case a lady in a nearby town who went to medical school for three months. When Dr.Valendite got back he began trying to figure out a new suitable host for his brain. His first choice was a bear but then he decided he wanted to put his brilliant brain in an octopus. Halfway through the process of building a machine to house his brain he realized why decided between the two and so thus he began sewing together different animal parts but naturally he knew the new body wouldn't work as the genetic differences would conflict with one another and make it impossible for the body to survive. Luckily he had heard about a super villain down in Manhattan known as digger which was a Frankenstein mixture of different genetics although all from human but the principle was the same so thus Dr.Valendite decided to use his knowledge of gamma radiation to his advantage and used a similar processes of gamma irradiation to hold the body together. The body was now able to sustain itself so by all logic it was time for Dr.Valendite to transfer his brain into his new body and become Karuba! The mixture of animal anatomy! The animal kingdom all in one bowl! 

Karuba knew now that he had messed up big time now that he was in his new body. No part of him had opposable thumbs or anyway of continuing his work. This drove him further into madness and once he managed to get the door open to his bunker he went on a murderous rampage on the local wildlife as he was hungrier then a malnourished snorlax. After bringing down the local animal population by almost 50% and brings down the local wildlife rangers population by 75% exactly (a feat done almost on purpose when he got it down to 74.9% and felt the need to round it out) so thus the big guns were called in, SHIELD.

SHEILD operatives were sent to take him out but only a few came back luckily being able to take down Karuba and bring him in. They ended up needing to use whale tranquillizers which could only be bought on the black market which SHIELD had taken in possession as a measure to take on the hulk if he ever went rouge. When Karuba awoke three days later he explained his situation to his guard and said he didn't mean to much harm which he immediately retorted with "well that's a lie. I did mean it but hey, I was freaking starvin'" luckily Karuba was given the opportunity to have all charges dropped and get a small cybernetic arm for more precise motor function so he could continue his work but only if he agreed to join a new task force they were assembling...
