It's really nothing new, to be honest. Actually, pre-2012 spam was filled to the fucking brim with that exact type of humor. Fuck, I remember when it was perfectly acceptable to post fucking memeface comic bullshit. Memeface comic bullshit for fucks sake. Earlier than that spam was infested with multiple insufferable socially retarded pricks who couldn't even handle having rational discussion with people over the internet. And sure, 2012-2013 Spam was largely against such things, but the shit still happened constantly, so it's not like people being 'rawr rawr get this shit outta here' actually did anything besides convey to certain idiots that it wasn't a behavior style that should be looked down upon, but fucking join dates and "lol i dunt recognise yu', which those idiots emulated and attacked anyone that was 'new' and did nothing more than make spam look like a shitty elitist circlejerk.
