Nal took a step back and whistled at the sight of the three shuttles lined up. Two of the shuttles were military carriers, shaped like long rectangular prisms with two floors and plenty of room (enough for about thirty people). The third was a military bomber, with enough room to carry a small squad of people. It was shaped like an ordinary shuttle but with a much more rounded frame to allow for enhanced mobility. The bomber was equipped with two splinter cannons containing special "Splinter Cores", which could gather microscopic dust and earth particles in the air and compress them into cannonball-shaped projectiles. These splinter rounds, which appeared as swirling masses of debris the size of volleyballs, were capable of tearing through walls and devastating infantry. The bomber also contained a central plasma turret (which could fire plasma rounds in short burst) and a smokescreen emitter (which could either mask the shuttle or launch a smokebomb to a remote location). Nal was still in shock at how efficiently and quickly Zachary had managed to salvage what appeared to him as masses of useless metal. Upon being asked about the wall, Nall scoffed. "I'm not exactly sure, Z. From what I know, Victor has some sort of core or something that can take care of the wall like *that*," he said, snapping his fingers to emphasize the point. "We wouldn't be attacking the military for the sole purpose of killing soldiers. I mean, the military obviously has a way out. We just need to take that from them if we can't break through on our own." The sound of Hector's voice on the comms caused Nal to stop talking and listen. After hearing that the mercenaries were mobile, Nal lit up in excitement and looked to the rest of the men in the large, makeshift "hangar." "They're on the move! Alright, alright, let's see...." he said as he looked at a crude map with multiple markings on it. He spoke to another mercenary on the comms and then looked to Zachary. "Oohhh, ok, ok. Zachary, good news. They got you on the bomber, if you're willing. Hector says the bomber will be charging the first checkpoint with the Splinter Squad, and once reinforcements arrive, you're going to have to extract them. The other two shuttles will be handled by these two fools," he said, pointing to two other mercenaries. "They will be ferrying out civilians once the wall comes down." He sighed, "Wow... this is actually happening... So, Z, you got it? Think you're up for the fight?"
