"Endel's region" is actually called [b]Elensa[/b]. (Endel is the city inside it... I said Endel's region before because at that point the regions didn't have names.)

All the other rulers in place ( = pseudo-kings, sages, princes, other councils) were just governing their lands, but still under the authority of the Council. Like Washington DC and the 50 states, but with the states being even more independent and really diverse. Also, you forgot about Leija (the tiny region where Ceris is is called Ceris, but the larger region around it is Leija, and it has a multi-racial council).

At first I was confused why you put Herelen and Valkan inside Alberyn, and Linia inside Lunae... Do the land masses need names? I figured they didn't really, since the area already has a name (Taeren). I kind of thought of "Taeren" like "Africa", where you have the island of Madagascar that's pretty much part of Africa even though it's not on the continent. But maybe they do need different names. I dunno.
