So essentially, the essence of the ship I was fighting blew itself up to launch its form at my Explorer, in an attempt to perhaps take the entire ship over? Or just transmit everything inside the database to your peoples? Cause the only way to transmit over any distance outside a solar system is by the probes, which would be kinda hard to do from a public console.
