I don't think she gets that it was for her, since she knew he was thinking about volunteering right after the quell announcement anyway. Either way, she thinks she's going to die, so she doesn't see much of a point in really trying to do much of anything about him anymore. I imagine once training comes around she'll throw herself into that, at least the mental part of it. And then the games. I still want her to have that fight with another tribute where she finally proves to herself that she's not a delicate flower and maybe she can get father than she thought. After that, she's pretty much there to help Katniss and that's something she and Haymitch will actually agree on.

I can do that uwu I've been looking forward to Haymitch being poked and prodded and waxed against his will, haha.
