-Ruby had a similar background; she was locked away in a facility so that she could never harm the world. She, however, snapped as she escaped and killed three on the way out. Maybe Cedric is just a wounded soul in need of TLC? Also, I think I might make another character after Ruby is mostly out of harm's way.

-Hey, governments and corporations in real life are assholes too, we're just being realistic! Anyhow, Ruby is 18 and she isn't enslaved. She just needs to get past her non-conductive cell and all Hell will break lose! Anyhow, you saved Caro so maybe we'll start to see Mercs being dragged to the Meta prison?
