After some deliberation (due to the character being quite different in design), I have some questions regarding his sanity. Pragmatically speaking, if he is a loose cannon, I'm not sure if he is fit for normal ParaCom. The WREC trooper program on the other hand might actually be helpful for his imbalances. But we have had a criminal character in the past. I will update the list for now, but sanity does have its advantages.
