Well, they aren't initially available, true. At the outset, we're basing it off real-world technology. However, it would certainly be possible to introduce them at some point in the RP itself. A good character arc for someone might be convincing the nations of the world to invest in this technology, then the rigors of finding a suitable pilot and putting it through field testing. All, of course, dependent on the White Gloves' level of success. It would be a process of years in-game.
