For both of you, though, I need to know what you can do aboard a ship, and elsewhere. Can you fight, do you have good eyes, do you know how to navigate? Anything like that to help me place you in a suitable role. I have a good deal of experience myself sailing, so I know what it takes to run a ship." Sharee explained. She was hesitant to start assigning any roles until she knew more about them, especially any roles with actual authority. No matter what they said, she likely wasn't going to give any official positions out until she had recruited a full crew, that way she could assign them to the best possible candidate. Although, she was going to make sure she recruited at least one person who could fulfill every important role.
