I am wanting to make a female vamp that was turned back in the 1700s in the Caribbean, during the days of pirates. Now she works as a singer not because she needs the money but because she loves it. She would look and sound like Judy Garland from the movie The Pirate. Basically this video shows what she would be like to a T :

Is she someone who would fit into this rp? And if so, which family would she fit in best with / which family head would be most likely to turn someone like her?
