I'm gonna insist on a "no" to the skeleton. If Theodora wants to overrule my decision as GM, that's fine, but I don't like it. 

Since there's no advantages or disadvantages or anything really to being a skeleton save for aesthetics, then giving him flesh shouldn't change the character that much.
