[/quote] We're taking a much more cinematic approach to everything. However, you can take certain hard-science aspects and do stuff with it. In the OOC,, there will be a catalog of common ship classes and weapons. These are just suggestions. If you want to fly a Warbird, which is not in the common ship catalog, you can make your ship a warbird. Go ahead. As for Quantum/DarkMatterEnergy technology, most of that sort of stuff would be mostly experimental and in the prototype stage. If you want prototype technology on your ship, I'm fine with it. As long as it's not super amounts of OP. For your designs, if you want, you can PM me the content, with some lore behind it, and I'll put it in the catalog. For example, your designs could be the product of a specific alien race, or a specific shipyards, that sort of thing. I'm taking a very laid back approach to this RP.
