Very different in post length and quality. I find people who post in free don't give much to write off of with their post and the post go quickly so is easy to get drowned out and lose track of stuff. In my opinion and experience. I've nothing against it though cuz sometimes free can be relaxing, I guess. 

It's more about your writing style than GM rules
