Yeah we use that too. I'll try adding a touch of vinegar tomorrow and see what happens. I did see those fancy pans with cups on tv, maybe someday someone will get me it for xmas. But we do have a great griddle pan we use for grilled cheese and eggs and pancakes, it's so nifty. It's gotten a lot of wear, I might get my parents a new on this year actually...which is cool because I had no idea what to get them since we're trying to downsize everything for the move.
