Lady Isolde de Morgreta II "All shall be well here with me" Full name: Lady Isolde de Morgreta II Titles: Former Queen or Aria Rank: n/a Age: 18 Gender: female Appearance: Personality: A young ruler, Isolde has decided to remain resolute in her exile. If she cannot have a kingdom, she will create a new one. To that end, she has hired a new band of guards to help her people. Though she has a clear head on her shoulders, she is young, and wishes to avoid dirty methods of going about things- when possible. She adores fine foods, loyalty, music, and books. She's less fond of filth, antics, and the unappreciative. Despite his actions, she still holds a soft spot in her heart for her brother- he's family, after all. History: Isolde spent much of her childhood in a relatively sheltered manner within castle walls, studying, singing, and reading. She had a loyal staff, as is expected of nobility, who would give her the reading materials she wished of, and her parents would hire the best tutors in the land to teach their daughter, so that she would ascend as a Queen with a most sound mind. Moreover, she had an acute sense of empathy; she almost innately sensed what men felt and how best to motivate them to her goals. At an early age, she would test out various methods on how to motivate men of all sorts, from commoner to noble, and keep a detailed memory on what worked, and what did not work, so that she could perform better in the future. She was an intelligent girl, able to understand economics, which she found the most fascinating piece of all of her studies. The fact that she took to economics so quickly shocked other nobles of the court, who figured it to be ‘unwomanly’ and something that should be handled by a Financial Minister, instead of the Queen. This would distance her somewhat from the other nobles, especially those who fancied themselves to be proficient at the study of economics, as she could engage, and even best them with her knowledge upon the subject. As such, due to some mistrust and fear pertinent to some of the more envious of her court, the most lively interactions she had tended to be with her own brother, Godwin. In a sense, he was the only friend she'd have until her social debut- shortly after which she'd ascend to queen. Although she hadn't long to rule, she was certain she could do so with wisdom and sense- before the sudden coup d'etat staged by her brother, instead of the members of her court which she knew had some mistrust of her. The betrayal shocked the child queen to the point where she surrendered immediately. Now living as a deposed ruler, Isolde bides her time in the keep, seeking to get by without further assault from her brother. Only time will tell how successful she is. as a deposed ruler, Isolde bides her time in the keep, seeking to get by without further assault from her brother. Only time will tell how successful she is. Skills: Isolde's best help lies in her education, and a healthy amount of money. She's intelligent, soft spoken, and polite, using these skills to serve her best as the Lady of her castle. Dreams and fears: To live well again. Favored equipment: A lance is much too violent for her hands.
