Okay so I'm going to change up the story so that Nightwing won't be an issue. Basically Batman starts up the program, and a big subplot for the first story is that someone gets to be officially ranked leader of the team.

I'll actually just pay attention and decide myself, letting everyone's characters have an equal shot so Ben 10 doesn't 'magically' get the spot.
