I want you guys to know I am basing the specs off a HIGH security prison. It had cameras every ten feet. The cameras literally pointed in every direction. They covered all 360 degrees and covered upto 50 feet. Meaning that everyone inch wasn't covered cover by just one or two cameras but atleast 4 different cameras. The system was tested by having guards walk through the building. If the guard wasn't on the camera every second through the ENTIRE building the cameras were realigned until the camera could see him everywhere a person could go.
