How the heck does this work? You can't LEARN to be a Dragon if you ARE a Dragon, there is no way this mythologically works.

Alright, now if you want people to join your RP, never post in complete CAPS it makes you look desperate or make the RP look boring. 

Also, if you're going to be vague, at least offer some more tips on the roleplay on what you can do and ideas for it.
