That's not a bad plan. Might be worth a try. If he can convince the others to cooperate. But I see a few problems. 
1. Roxy and Spark might be spotted before they can disable the cameras
2. A second fight between those could would draw attention and get them both in serious trouble
3. You missing something very important in your plans regarding Roxy
4. Vlad will notice if Cassandra disappears off camera.
