Katniss can probably ask Gale what's with him and Prim since something seems a bit off with them. I don't know what she'll say because she wants Prim to be happy but safe and if Gale starts confusing her, Katniss might worry that it'll effect Prim's chances in the Games. But at the same time, she wants them both to be happy...aw hell, she'd probably begrudgingly give him her blessing because at least someone should be loved during these dark dark times. -__-' idk
