[b]Founding:[/b]
After 50 years of service as an engineer in the R&D labs, Ariamas Talai (M.D.) decided to go into the private sector with her scientific expertise. Surprisingly her cold and stern attitude allowed her to flourish in the competitive corporate world. After making some intelligent investments, Aria (her nickname) took developing at weapons system that could easily stem the tide in ground-based warfare. After hearing of her project, the Concordant quickly subsidized her work and provided materials for her research. In between weapons integration jobs for the military, she poured herself into recruiting and designing her almost secret “Project Vanguard.” Although the project is almost complete, she is still hard at work as head of the company.

[b]Areas of Expertize:[/b] 
Rayleonark Inc. often deals in technologies that integrate systems with biology, however they have also been know to design weapons, armors, and energy packages along-side their “operating systems.” As of late, Rayleonark has been acquiring companies dedicated to aeronautics, energy projection/ manipulation, and pharmaceuticals. 

[b]Project Vanguard:[/b]
Since the founding of the company, and possibly earlier, Ariamas has been developing the project as a new unit type for the Concordant. A highly mobile specialized operator that can deliver a large payload of munitions, both large and small arms would be most useful to Concordant’s military. Ariamas figured by putting energy manipulators (for movement), adrenaline activators, weapon and biological integration systems, she could produce an operator that could take positions in quick succession, deliver a heavy payload, and continue with as a fast attack unit.
