Well, not allies. They worked together on occasion, your mainly referencing Jaina Solo being trained by Boba Fett I presume. That was mainly as Jaina was training to fight Jacen and Jacen had killed Fetts daughter. 

In terms of Yuuzhan Vong War... everyone was allies except the cowards who made the Peace Brigade. It's a time where they can be friends but tend not to be, as many who follow the warriors code kinda see Jedi as cheating, and don't always get along with their moral code.

But as I've said about the Sith as well, y'all welcome on Mandalore. S'long as you pay for what you want or are willing to work for it.
