[b]Bio:[/b] The youngest and only son of his family, Jamie was showered with affection from everyone. He grew close to his older sister, who was four years, his senior.
Jamie was a young father at seventeen years old. He was inexperienced, was faced with a choice: Support his family or continuing his education and going about his daily life without his kid and girlfriend of a year and a half, Jamie chose to stay with his girlfriend and to raise their daughter together. A year later they welcomed a son into the world. Things were going good, great even; he managed to graduate from High School and enter the workforce almost immediately. It was shortly after the birth of their son that he began to notice a few changes in his girlfriend - she wanted to sleep more, it was like riding a roller coaster with her emotions and she began to lose interest in her children. A year later, shortly before Thanksgiving she decided to leave. There was no explanation other than "becoming a mother was the worst thing to happen to me", and with that she packed her things up and moved out of the rented downstairs of his parents’ house. 
Jamie was, like any normal person, devastated that he was a single father to two very young children on his own. At the age of nineteen he had to work two jobs and raise babies. There was help from his parents and his older sister of course. Art had always been a passion of his and he learned how to tattoo. Jamie works at a small shop in the middle of town close to the cafe where Derek works. Occasionally he helps out with his music.

[b]Bio:[/b] The oldest of the Carter children, Carrington was quite close to her little brother despite their age gap. She was always the one to be labeled as a dork in school due to her love of learning and her habit of turning in her homework early. Carrington was a forgettable person, always the wallflower and never the center of attention; it wasn't until she graduated from high school that she grew into her own person. She was twenty-one when she became an aunt and she decided that it would have been better to do online college courses and help her brother and his girlfriend (who she always hated) with their daughter. From the time her niece was born till now she has been a constant mother figure (with the addition of her mother) to Jamie's kids. Carrington graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and decided to take on a job with a creating museum displays and replicas of artifacts that would be unavailable to the public. 
Carrington met her boyfriend a year ago and within six months of knowing each other she moved in with him...of course he lived a few towns over so she had to move.

[b]Bio:[/b] Finnegan was only two when his mother left them.; he doesn't remember her. Carter loves "The Croods" and begged his dad to paint his room to match the movie. He likes to watch movies and cartoons over playing outside.

[b]Bio:[/b] Ada was only three when her mother left; there are some things that she does remember about her but they are faint sensory memories (like the smell of her mom's perfume). She's rather tomboyish and hates anything pink.

[b]Bio:[/b] The older half-brother of Derek, he's always been in the limelight. A natural born ham, Reinier is prone to outbursts and other dramatic things when the time calls for it. He has a nasty habit of cheating, often while his girlfriend is at work. He's currently unemployed but says he's looking for a job (he's not, he's actually inviting women into the apartment he shares with Carrington.) Reiner is very vain and self-serving; he believes that he's the best no matter what.
