The New Condria Invasion

S'Luk arrived in the ethereal transports, and behind them the vangaurd of the S'Luk invasion force, five battleships. The group began the invasion.
The Battleships moved forwards towards the planet, targetting any nearby ships or orbital platforms and firing a single thin beam, which was designed to destabalise the atomic field and disperse the matter, and then dragging it across, attempting to slice in half the hostile constructs.
The shuttles moved towards the planet, and two of the battleships diverged off from the group and moving towards the surface of the planet.
S'Luks battleships did not appear to be overgrown with the same parasitic biomass as previous encounters, at least there was none externally at this time, which suggested they were newly taken or constructed ships. They also did not match the constructs of the races that the EU had contacted, which left two possibilities; They were either taken from some uncontacted third party, or they were a design created by the hive its self, which was least likely but in some ways more concerning.
There was another type of ship, a larger one. It appeared some thousand miles behind the others and didnt appear to do anything for the moment, though it produced a startling amount of energy.
There was a single voice that all on the planet heard. It was gravelly, yet something in its tone denoted an air of intelligence and authority.
