I thought you would be against the idea so I put a few reasons why it could work.
Anyway, idea: So a while back, one of the Codex just disappeared without a trace. They didn't know it, but he was reborn, and Elkepzel now has no idea of his origins. His power deals with the structure of atoms and molecules so it works fine as a Codex power. And now is a good time for Accelerator to, say, recognise Elkepzel's power and ask his name.
