I'm sorry Myke, I didn't get the holiday shift this year but I know where your coming from, I work in electronics specifically games and I get a lot of idiots, normally ones like. "You had this advertised online, why do not have it here! Why can't I pick up this game here? I don't want to order online and I need it now!" Or my personal favorite. "Hey how come I don't get sixty bucks back? I just bought the game yesterday!" The answer it's worth less cash after you open it and play it and unless you give me a receipt and tell me it did not work I can not give sixty dollars back. I hate and love my job.
