Bruce shook his head. "No. You will come with me to my office, and the other two students who have returned. I want your stories, and I want you all together, so I can see any reactions. You will just have to hold off seeing anyone else" --- Kalinda took Devikas hand, after bracing herself for the emotional onslaught, the strengthing. and still she barely maintained control. She could feel it sleeping. "Just look at me. Into my eyes. take a few deep breaths. In. And out" Kalinda began to take in the emotions, to process them, and harmlesses let them go. It was a painfully so process, a struggle against failing to maintain control and destroying everything around her. She began to tire quickly, the simple rawness of the emotions battering her. And yet she continued, her feet planted steadily. Because she had to. Had to, or they and everyone around them would either be killed, or injuried. "Bloody hell" she muttered through clenched teeth. "We really need to work on your blocking and control" again, through clenched teeth. She closed her eyes, nausea rising in her, weariness washing over her. She fell to her knees, but didn't lose her concentration. She began to pant, and her hands shook, her body quivering. A whimper escaped her, and in horror, she realized she wouldn't be able to control herself. Without thinking about it, she took the emotions all into her, shoving it into what she considered a chest, and shaking,'she fell to the ground, throwing out her hands, but her arms folded under her, unable to hold her up. She was unconscious before her head hit the ground, her breathing shallow, her pulse beating fast and thundering, pale. But nothin else happened.
