Umm I'm sorry you feel that way but I mean I dont think character is defined by class? Its a Japanese roleplay so its based in Japan, I dont think its really fantasy more Japanese folklore so the world rules still apply. And I mean, no one is a spirit or anything like that, I dont think theres a lack of possible characters to create. And anyway even if we had thirteen samurai's that wouldnt mean they would all be carbon copies of eachother. If anything, Lillium has less character variety since everyone has to be a certain age and in school and the like.
Incorrect! In one you're free to be anything human, so long as it fits into the school age. In this, everyone's supposed to protect one character, and thus combat abilities are all but required, and what you can contribute gets a lot more screentime (also a vastly smaller pool of appropriate hobbies). Also, four characters whose skills are 'swing sword(s)' and two of those are half-demons. Also, two ninja. About the only thing that isn't duplicated yet is Rin's unfinished character and the shrine maiden, who between them represent the rest of the useful abilities.
Pretty sure a Yakuza would fit fine in this roleplay, a singer too
Yakuza date to the mid-1700's, so nope.. Singers would be useless.
