No Trace takes place in the near future, say around 2250. Amidst the hustle and bustle of Tetra City and its inhabitants exists an Order, a Guild; one that has existed since the Medieval times that maintains the practice of thievery. With the continuing advancements in technology, security has also been extensively developed, making such an Order's practices difficult to maintain. However thieves of course, adapt; with new age technology at their disposal and skills developed over centuries ingrained in their memory, thieves thrive in Tetra City, whether it be simple pickpocketing or entire bank robberies. Players will get the option to either play as a thief (highly recommended you start off as a recruit as it adds to the entire experience, may start at higher ranks and I will judge them based on a case by case basis), a Corrector (police/government units of Tetra City, can be trained to specifically stop heists/find thieves, again judged case by case but with more leniency), or a regular civilian with an occupation of the player's choice. Players not starting as thieves or correctors may join either faction through in character actions within the RP, and thieves and correctors may switch sides if circumstance allows it. This is just the baseline, an interest check. The first OOC post if this gains interest will be more in depth. Will you explore the dark underbelly of the city and behold its secrets?
