Viral let out a groan, not particularly caring for reason, “I’d rather find out now. I shouldn’t need to stay on the ground all the time! Why would I get sick if I’m off the ground for too long? Hmph! That’d be a stupid design flaw…” He would definitely hate it if the reason his genes were breaking down was because he was in Space for too long, not having the planet or solar light to give him energy. He didn’t want to be bound to a planet, he wanted freedom and so far he hadn’t been able to experience that properly. He couldn’t even fly, he couldn’t do a lot others could do to feel free and as it turned out he couldn’t survive without constant gene manipulation. He was completely aggravated by it all, his mind unable to comprehend the fact that he was basically useless without somebody else to help him through difficulties anybody else could traverse. He was stuck as far as he was concerned and it wasn’t going to get any better anytime soon. “It is? I doubt it. Just because he’s working hard doesn’t mean I’ll feel better eventually…” Viral had little care at this point; if he was going to be bound by some tether because of health then there wasn’t much to dream of. He could hope and wish all he wanted but he wasn’t going to get what he wanted and that was final, even if he ever got his hands on the Dragonballs all for himself. Nobody would let him have them, even if they were in a group together. Others would want to have their own wishes with more important subjects such as revival or renewal, but his would probably be seen as selfish and evil. Nobody would ever let him have those wishes for fear that he might turn evil, but he couldn’t blame them anyway. Yumi’s inability to understand that he was not as stable as she thought he might be was pretty worrying to say the least, hearing her confidently speak up about her determination to stay with him despite the problems. “Hmph, you’ve really thought this out…” he spoke lowly before looking away, grunting, “That’s pretty pathetic if you ask me…” Viral wasn’t really in the mood to be waiting at the door for Vegeta to open it, feeling a little relieved that Yumi was just going to barge in. It was his business as much as it was Vegeta’s to be in the labs right now so he should be allowed free entry anyway. Barging in after Yumi he looked around at first before to Vegeta, looking to what he was doing before sighing as he went to get his medicine, “Yes, because that’s all I want out of life right now”, he grumbled, not exactly happy that he was getting what he wanted through Vegeta’s assumptions, “I also happen to want to have some sort of understanding to how you’re getting on after all this time, you know! Maybe give me some knowledge about that too…”
