I don't really do dates, but feel free to slap any old one you want on there. I do my RPs on an Earth not Earth like setting as to avoid having to be realistic with history and geography. So sure, we can call it earth and use it as a base :P We can make other planets as we go along, but I'm figuring for less, shall we say, commercial space travel? As in, it's not open to everyone and colonists would mostly be a part of terra forming teams. I like the high tech idea with maybe some final fantasy like older stuff in it. Like, not all weapons have been replaced with lasers and beam cannons. Still have use of knives and swords and other some such.

I can go with high tech spaceships, but again, I'd like to avoid people taking their personal shuttle up into space. Military and government only. And since I haven't the foggiest if space will even factor in, I think we can leave it as space fairing but not uber amazing?

Also, as we think to the futur, I would like to submit that, because there is terra forming, that the world is not over populated, there are still forests and mountains and trees and animals. In other words, while you can circle the globe in an hour on a bullet train, you can't see the next city over simply by standing at the edge of one and looking towards it. Too high tech and the magical community would have been discovered long ago. :P Also I'm thinking that we can to a slightly phase shift of reality for them rather than making them all just "In hiding" if that makes any sense.

I think the training camp would be in the middle of nowhere, or at lease at close as one can get, near the forest where my guy is found. Maybe a small encampment, only his training class there? I like the thin, grassy woods type area, and my guy can be hidden from sight by some thick bushes or something about a mile from camp. . . .*Rambles on*
