The energy instensified around the Siege Engine, as it kept up its continous beam. The systems star seemed to dull again and the huge vessel advanced on the energy shield, coming dangerously close to the shield as the beam intensified. It fired at anything in its path to get to the shield, and the engine stopped for nothing, simply trying to plough through anything in its path. The energy readings were off the charts; If this couldnt crack the shield, then debateably no weapon in existence could...
