Clarence thought for a moment, actually considering this question. Would he break the law he swore to uphold to make this city a better place, even without knowing the final result? It was at that moment that he realized, he had already done that. He had let this man go free, allowed him to continue his work without knowing how things would go. He hadn't swore to uphold the law, he had swore to protect the people of Columbia. "Yes.. Yes I would." Clarence towards back towards him, watching the large man, obviously considering something as well. Did this have to do with the group of people from earlier?
