Well, there is that one ship i sent out after the whole Pluto thing happened, but it's already making first contact. I mean, there are miners out in the Kuiper Belt, but they wouldn't have a connection to the rest of the system.

Also, ASTA, nobody important is on that ship. It's just some aging battlecruiser that had to convert it's reactors to run off of uranium because they ran out of helium-3.
