The Septonians tracked the vessel down to the planets surface. Shortly after the plane touched down Large battleships and carriers could be seen in the distance. The Aradites evolved as an ocean going people and maintain a rather large conventional navy. Space travel is still relatively new for the species and the concordant, both relate to one another nicely however. TheBattleships cannons remained unmanned and locked in their travel positions as they collection of ships moved forward and fighters remained on the deck of the carrier. On all of the ships, every crew-member seemed to be on the quarterdeck at once, trying to steal a look at the alien ship. As the ships got closer a collection of four armed speedboats left from the carrier and made their way towards the Terran vessel. The speedboats were big enough to fit six or seven guys, a large caliber machine gun sat up front while two mounted grenade launchers sat on the port and starboard sides. There were only two people on each boat, the pilot and the front gunner, who had locked the turret in the up position, pointing up in the air. Both grenade turrets remained unmanned to conserve space and to seem as non-threatening as possible. 

As the first speedboat pulled up next to the Terran vessel the front gunner quickly picked up a rope and threw it around the nearest protruding object, possibly an antennae, to anchor the small boat to the vessel as they floated there. “ We will take you anywhere you need to go, no need to waste fuel for atmospheric travel. We have boats ready to take you back to the mainland, where we have a feast ready for you and those who will accompany you.” The entirety of the Diplomatic Corps academy staff and students were ready and waiting to give the new arrivals a good taste of Septonian hospitality.
