The Council will have to take a vote on that, then we'll need a referendum, then of course it'll have to go through the President and Council twice before everyone in the military has to unanimously agree for or against the bill. Then we'll hold a triumvirate with the leaders of the three military branches, before having a party to celebrate the decision in which a consensus must be reached on what food to serve.
