Personality: Jacque tends to be a somewhat cynical, crude, and sociopathic individual, he often treats other people as nothing more than assets to be used and discarded at will, and is not afraid to injure or even kill someone if he believes it will help achieve his goal. 
Background: Rather than being born the traditional way, Jacque was created by Black through the preservation of the dna of one of the original supers in an effort to create an unstoppable weapon. From the day he was able to talk, he was trained day in and day out to become the ultimate supernatural hunter, having fully realized his powers, and being versed in several manner of combat techniques and strategic planning, he is essentially the walking definition of 'To fight monsters, we created monsters'. Because all he knows is the Black organization, Jacque is unyieldingly loyal to the founders and their cause, believing himself to be no more than an instrument to be used as they see fit.
